Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Monaghan.
Garvagh Homes Limited applied to Monaghan County Council to construct 24 new semi-detached houses in Coolshannagh
They would be made up of 17 three bed homes and 7 two beds.

A new vehicle entrance as well as landscaping also make up the application.
Permission for the development was granted subject to 22 conditions.
