Planning permission has been lodged for 33 homes in Co Cavan over the last few days. The site located at the Rosscolgan, Burgessacre and Moynehall areas of Cavan town will see homes ranging from one bedroom properties to four bedroom homes if the green light is given by county planners.
The plans include five, four bedroom homes, Five three bedroom homes, One, two bed terraced dwelling, Four, one bed duplex dwellings, and Eighteen, three storey, six unit block duplex units consisting of one bed units on the ground floor and two bed units on the first and second floor.
The purposed planning application will also see access off existing Ashbrook housing development road along with an associated service road, site boundaries and open space. Cavan County Council will make its decision on the matter at the end of April.
