Planning permission has been lodged for the change of use of commercial units to residential accommodation in Gowna.
The planning application submitted by Gowna Construction Limited seeks the change of use and subdivision of ground and first floor of existing vacant commercial units to 9 residential apartments.
The proposed plans include 5 x 1-bedroom apartments, 1 x 2-bedroom apartment suitable for 3 people and 3 x 2-bedroom apartments suitable for 4 people including alterations to elevations, connection to existing services and all ancillary and associated works
