Planning permission is being sought to construct an early learning centre in Castleblayney. Klaine Childcare Ltd have applied to Monaghan County Council in recent days for the premises at the Moraghy Business Park, on Monaghan Road in the town.
If given the green light the centre would be 868m² in size arranged over two floors beneath a pitched roof including vehicular/pedestrian access and car-parking. Hard/soft landscaping, external play spaces, boundary treatment, connection into public utilities and associated attention systems/site works are also apart of the application. County planners will decide on the application early in the new year.
