Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Monaghan.
RF Hillside Developments have applied to Monaghan County Council to construct 10 new two and a half storey houses on the North Road in Monaghan.
The 10 houses would be made up of four terraced houses and six semi-detached houses.
Also included is the removal of three public parking spaces and relocation of the ticket machine, and new Communal Parking spaces to include accessible and EV charging, and communal open space.
Monaghan County Planners will decide on the issue in January.
