Planning lodged for new housing in Ballyconnell

Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in Co Cavan.

Bero Construction Ltd has applied to Cavan County Council to construct 16 semi-detached two-storey dwellings at the site in Daisyhill Manor, Mullaghduff, Ballyconnell.

The project would comprise of a mix of three and four bed-dwellings, connection to existing services, green space, landscaping, pedestrian link, and all associated works.

Cavan county planners have received the application and are due to make a decision by the end of June.
