Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Smithboro. The application lodged by Sunroc Developments Limited calls for the construction of 13 new houses at Maple Grove.
These would be made up of eight 3 bed semi-detached houses, one three-bed detached house, and 4 two bed terraced homes.
A new estate road is also included to provide access and public open spaces are also included. A decision on the application is due in May.
