Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 23 houses in Cootehill, Co Cavan.
It would consist of 15, two-storey dwellings and eight semi-detached dormer dwellings in Magheranure, Cootehill.
The two-story dwellings will be four-bed properties, while the dormer dwellings will be a mix of three and four-bed homes.

The Design Statement says the "scheme is essentially the completion of the Bellamont View housing development".
It adds that the site location "provides a high quality built environment and will reduce the necessity to use the private car".
