Planning permission is being sought for 49 houses in houses in Monaghan Town.
If given the green light the development would consist of 22 x 3 bed two-storey semi-detached dwellings, 9 x 4 bed two-storey semi-detached dwellings, 5 x 2 bed single-storey semi-detached dwellings, along with 1 x 4 bed single-storey semi-detached dwellings.
11 x 2 bed terraced dwellings and 1 x 2 bed two-storey semi-detached dwelling make up the proposed development.
The application that was lodged in recent days for Tully, Monaghan also seek the retention of walls, hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, connection to all main public services, new entrance and access road onto public road with all ancillary and associated site works.
County planners will decide on the application that was lodged by Geda Construction Company Ltd by the end of December.
