Planning permission has been sought for 22 homes in Castleblayney in Co Monaghan.
The application submitted by Berwat Construction Ltd to Monaghan County Council is for 18 three bedroom homes and four 2 two bedroom properties.
The site subject to this application forms part of a residential development known as Castle Park on the Shercock Road in the town.

The purposed development will be a mix of townhouses and semi-detached dwellings with new road access from the Mile Hill Road.
County planners will decide on this planning submission by early September.
