Planning permission is being sought for 36 houses in Cavan Town.
Latt Properties Ltd have applied to Cavan County Council in recent days for the mixed residential development.
The dwellings that permission is being sought for is a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bedroom homes at the Creighan site.

If given the green light the housing estate will have access via a new junction on to the R395 Ballinagh Road.
County planners will decided on this development that will consist of single and two-storey homes in early June.
