Planning permission is being sought for a proposed residential development in Co. Monaghan.
An application has been submitted to county planners for the construction of 43 homes in Nafarty/Cloghvally Upper in Carrickmacross.
These homes range from four-bedroom, two-storey buildings to single-storey terraced dwellings.
The submission proposes to remove all existing buildings and structures on site known as 'The Hatchery' to facilitate the works.
Monaghan county planners have received the application and are due to make a decision by September.
