Planning permission is being sought for a major housing development in Monaghan.
Garvagh Homes Ltd have applied to Monaghan County Council to construct a total of 24 new houses in Coolshannagh, Monaghan Town.
This would be made up of 17 three bed houses and 7 two bed houses, all of which would be semi-detached.
Also included is the construction of a new vehicular entrance and connections to mains services. A decision on the application is due in September
