Planning permission has been lodged for 26 age friendly dwellings in Virginia.
The plans submitted to Cavan County Council also seek a single storey communal building at Rahardrum and Ballaghanea, Virginia.
If given green light the development would consist of 12x 2 bed Single storey Semi-detached dwellings, 8x3 bed Dormer Semi-detached dwellings, 5x3 bed Two storey Detached dwellings, along with 1x1 bed Single storey Detached dwellings.
The application also seeks to connect to all public services, complete all service roads, footpaths, together with all associated site works at Rahardrum and Ballaghanea, Virginia on behalf of BRS Developments.
This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS). County planners will decide on the proposed development by the end of October.
