Planning permission is being sought for the change of use of a 92.5 square meter function room to a childcare room at the existing community building at Convent Lands in Carrickmacross.
If given the go-ahead, the plans will also allow for all associated works, including new garden gates and a fence to the rear garden. The childcare facility will operate between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with access via the existing childcare facility and room that has existing direct access to the rear secure external childcare play area.
Monaghan County Council will make a decision on the application located at 7 Plás Fionn Barra in early June.
