Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Monaghan.
Lumax Investments Limited have applied for permission to construct four two-storey detached houses at Oriel Way, Killyconnigan. The houses would include individual vehicular access and a single-storey detached garage.
The application also includes connections to mains services including water and foul sewerage. County Planners will decide on the application in November
