Plans for a new housing development in Kingscourt have been lodged.
KFE Property Development have applied to Cavan County Council to construct 12 new houses in Dunaree.
The 12 houses will all be two-storey semi-detached and will include car parking.

Access to the development is proposed to be via the Cnoc na Rí Estate Road.
Construction of internal access roads, footpaths, and the installation of public lighting are all included.
A decision on the development is due in July
