Plans are afoot at Clontibret GFC to develop facilities at the club's grounds. Clontibret has lodged an application for planning permission with Monaghan County Council for the addition of floodlighting. The club's application also includes permission to erect perimeter fencing, goalposts and ball stops while retaining the playing pitch location at Lisglassan.
A decision on the application lodged in mid-December is expected in the coming weeks.
