Plans have been submitted for 49 new homes in Cootehill.
JJ McCauley Construction is seeking permission to build a mix of 4 bed, 3 bed and two bed houses at a new development on the Cavan road in the town.
31 of the houses will be 3 bed semi-detached homes.

Plans are also included for two one-bed apartments at the same location.
A decision by Cavan County Council is expected in October.
