Planning permission for a new development at a luxury hotel in Cavan has been lodged.
Kingscourt Castle Limited, who run Cabra Castle, have applied for permission to construct a single storey detached Spa and Wellness Centre. The Wellness Centre would consist of a Gym, Swimming Pool, Treatment Rooms, and internal/external Leisure areas.
Also included is effluent and pool wastewater treatment systems and car-parking. The entire development would take place in the area of a protected structure. County Planners will decide on the issue in November
