Planning permission for the refurbishment of a vacant apartment block in Monaghan has been lodged.
SJR Developments has applied to Monaghan County Council for the change of use of the existing vacant apartment block at Ascaill Rois in Carrickmacross. The development would be converted to two three-bed semi-detached dwellings and would include the demolition of an existing steel and concrete structure in the rear garden area.
A decision on the application is due towards the end of October
