Ryan Tubridy paid a very special visit to a local primary school in Kingscourt this week
St Joseph's National School recently took top honours in the WillowWarm Christmas Schools Competition.
It involved schools all around the country creating a video story about their sustainability efforts. St Joseph's were the victors and Ryan Tubridy visited the school for a storytelling session and present them with a prize of €1,000.

The winning teacher also received one tonne of WillowWarm briquettes. Tubridy says the students really impressed him with their sustainability efforts and the future is in good hands.
