A local senator is encouraging farmers to attend one to one clinics in Cavan and Monaghan next month.
The clinics are aimed at helping farmers with applications for the Basic Income Support for Sustainability.
Clinics will take place in the Shirley Arms, Carrickmacross on Wednesday 30th April and the Department of Agriculture Building in Cavan on Friday May 1st.
This will be from 10am to 4:30pm.
Monaghan Senator Robbie Gallagher says the clinics are worthwhile to attend for farmers wanting more information on the scheme.
