SIPTU says Trump tariffs could jeopardise over 200,000 employees in Ireland

It says threatened tariffs by President Trump could jeopardise many of the 210,000 staff employed here by US firms.

 

SIPTU has called on the Government to set up a taskforce to plan for looming US trade tariffs.
It wants trade unions, employers groups and the relevant Government Departments and agencies involved in it.
