A Slovakian man has appeared in Court after being arrested in Cavan under a European Arrest Warrant.
The 51 year old was living and working in Ireland under a number of false identities and was arrested after the Garda Extradition Unit confirmed his true identity and place of residence.
He was arrested this week during a multi-agency operation in Cavan on foot of a warrant issued by the Slovakian authorities.

The man appeared before the High Court yesterday and was remanded to appear again next month.
