Snow could be on the way for the region this weekend. Met Eireann says temperatures will get down between 0 and 2 degrees on Saturday night.
Sunday night is also expected to be very cold - because of a phenomenon called a Sudden Stratospheric Warming Event. That is the weather event that caused the Beast from the East five years ago - although there's no guarantee of that happening again.
