A substantial farm in Cavan is set to go under the hammer next week.
A derelict farmhouse sitting on 91 acres at Drumgoney, Co Cavan will be auctioned on March 27th according to the Irish Independent.
Charles Clerkin who is handing the sale says the overall price tag is €1M but the property may be bought in lots.
The farm sits 10 minutes away from the M3 and seven miles from Cavan town and is surrounded by a nice block of land.
The lands that are bounded by the Laragh River also boast a slatted shed and strong interest is expected by near by farmers and investors.
