Local weatherman, Gerry Murphy, has given us his predictions and views on the current dry and sunny spell we're all enjoying this month already. The good news is we can expect more of the same right through the weekend and into next week.
The Met Eireann meteorologist says while it's not typical for April, this week's weather is not entirely unusual either. Speaking to Northern Sound, Gerry says the weather prospects are "very good" for the rest of this week and into next week. He described weather conditions as "positive" for farmers also, issuing this advice:
