Gardaí investigating the Creeslough explosion have submitted a supplementary file to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Ten people died in the tragedy in October 2022.
The latest file follows an earlier submission sent to the DPP last September and now includes formal recommendations from An Garda Síochána.
Yesterday evening, investigators also held a liaison briefing with the families of those who died.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone with information about the explosion who has not yet spoken to the investigation team to come forward.
Earlier this week it was confirmed that Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan will meet relatives of the victims in the near future.
It’s expected families will again call for a full public inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the blast.
