Traffic disruptions expected locally tomorrow morning

Cavan Gardai wish to advise commuters that planned protests and a blockade on the Dublin Rd roundabout will continue tomorrow from 4.30am.

There will be restricted movement on some access routes, while others are fully closed.

There is no confirmation that school traffic will be permitted access.

Gardai are asking motorists to allow additional time for journeys and if possible, use an alternative route.

Protesters in Monaghan have advised that access will be permitted at the Coolshannagh roundabout (Grahams) for school traffic.
