Over 4,250 drivers have been detected for speeding offences.
This includes a driver in Cootehill driving 121 kilometres per hour in an 80 zone, and another motorist in Kilcogy, speeding at 125 kilometres per hour in a 100 zone.
Over 450 drivers have been detected holding a mobile phone or not wearing a seatbelt since An Garda Síochána's operation for the St Patrick's weekend began.
To date, a total of 188 people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
An Garda Síochána is appealing to all road users to never drive under the influence and to plan trips accordingly.
