Planning permission has been granted for the amalgamation of two sets of units in Monaghan Shopping Centre.
Units 15 to 17, as well as units 27 to 30, will be combined to create larger units.
Units 15 and 16 houses "Boots" and unit 17 is vacant.

Meanwhile, unit 27 is vacant, unit 28 is currently leased by "Book station", and units 29 and 30 are operated by "Euro Giant".
The Planners Report says the amalgamation will allow the vacant retail space to be better utilised.
