A vehicle was detained by Gardaí following an incident in Ballyconnell which occurred earlier this week. Local Garda members were outside the station when the car in question caught their attention.
The driver, on a learner permit, had no insurance, NCT or tax, as well as no L Plates and no accompanying driver. According to Gardaí, the car was detained under section 41 RTA and the driver now receives FCPNs. The driver will also face a court appearance for these offences.
