Cavan Council staff participate in 'Walktober'.
'Walktober is an event in the calendar of the Smarter Travel Mark initiative. Indeed, this initiative helps encourage sustainable commuting by promoting environmentally friendly modes of transport. Indeed, these include walking, cycling and public transportation.
