Killoe native Lynsey Bennett who was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer in January of 2017 says that she has actually never felt as well as she has in years despite her diagnosis.
In February of this year she settled her High Court action over the alleged misinterpretation of her cervical smear slides.
Lynsey was given less than a year to live this time last year but says that she feels very well at present and her doctors are surprised too.

The young Longford woman spoke to the Joe Finnegan show today about having started on the drug Pembro and her determination to live the best life she can.
