Kelly Lynch's mother talks of loss and grief. The body of 23-year-old Kelly Lynch recovered from the Ulster Canal in Monaghan Town on St. Patrick's Day. Her family are still trying to piece together the full circumstances surrounding her fatal final hours. Indeed, the Garda Commissioner has ordered a peer review of the initial investigation.
