In Cavan Town, the parade was cancelled last year; but it is full steam ahead for a bigger and better parade this year. Ronan Gargan has been speaking to Philip Brady the Chairman of the Cavan Chamber of Commerce about the weekend and what is planned in Cavan Town's St Patrick's Day Parade.
