Local businessman puts 'best foot forward' for SOSAD. A Co Monaghan business owner is putting his best foot forward to promote positive mental health and well-being; particularly amongst young people. Seany McCleary of the popular Blasta Street Kitchen, recently raised 1,613 euro for SOSAD. The local businessman believes Government needs to do more to support SOSAD; and the youth mental health services in this country.

He spoke to Jodie Curran about his latest fundraising initiative for SOSAD and why he believes it's so important to reach out to loved ones, friends and family, especially when it comes to checking-in on their mental health:
