“We yearn to contribute, to venture out, to embrace life—to be an integral part of Ireland. Yet, we find ourselves excluded, hidden from view, marginalized, and abandoned. We're the overlooked citizens of Ireland," expressed Saoirse Smith, a 31-year-old with cerebral palsy who relies on a wheelchair for mobility.
