Clontibret open with big win over Corduff

Clontibret opened their Monaghan SFC campaign with an impressive nine point win over Corduff.

Three first-half goals two minutes from Dean McDonnell, Killian Lavelle and Ryan McGuigan setup Clontibret for victory. The hosts leading 3-10 to four points at half-time.

Corduff struck back with three second-half goals, but fell short as Clontibret won out 3-20 to 3-11.
