Donegal inflicted some revenge on Kerry in the opening game of this year’s All-Ireland championship.
Goals from Ciaran Moore and Shea Malone helped Donegal to a 2-20 to 16-point win over Kerry in Killarney.
It means the defending All-Ireland champions will have to go through the back door to make this year’s All-Ireland final.
Meanwhile, 14-man Cork edged out Meath at Pairc Ui Rinn. The Rebels trailed by eight at the break, but a spirited second half saw them book their place in the next round.
Ciarán Caulfield’s goal wasn’t enough for Meath as Cork came back to score a 30-points to 1-24 win.
