A 4th place finish on the Ulster Rally was enough to secure the Irish Tarmac Rally championship for Josh Moffett and Andy Hayes. The Monaghan driver had only to ensure a top 5 finish to secure the title and completed that with a controlled drive which seen him add the Tarmac title to the National Crown which was claimed earlier this year.,Meirion Evans and Jonathon Jackson won the rally in their Volkswagon Polo R5 with Jonathon Greer and Niall Burns in 2nd place in the Citroen C3. Jason Mitchell and Paddy Mc Crudden completed the top 3 in their Ford Fiesta R5.
