The Masters claimed an All Ireland title 25 years ago

This weekend will see the Monaghan masters team who claimed an All-Ireland in 1998 hold a 25-year anniversary celebration.

John Joe Cunningham was assistant manager alongside Gene Finnegan and he spoke to our reporter Sean Mc.Caffrey. Cunningham noted firstly that while it may have been masters football it was still very competitive.
