With the government set to announce a further easing of Covid 19 restrictions, minor intercounty managers have now joined their U20 counterparts in calling for clarity as to when action can return for their panels. With the Ulster championship semi finals of 2020 yet to be played, Monaghan have found themselves in limbo as they cannot return to collective training as they fall between those underage teams at club level and the senior teams at intercounty level. The frustration is further exasperated by the fact that training for all teams in the 6 counties has returned over the past few weeks, with 3 of the 4 teams left in the competition been Tyrone, Derry and Fermanagh
