A further call for clarity of when U20 intercounty players can return back to collective training has been made by the Cavan u20 manager. While senior intercounty teams have returned to collective training as well as underage groups up to U18, the age group between minor and senior have been left in limbo in regards to when any form of competition will be available for them. Breffni manager Damien Donohoe acknowledged that this particular group of players have been doing as much training as their senior counterparts individually and over Zoom sessions, but it is difficult to remain motivated when you have nothing to work towards
