Justice Minister hopes for progress on Succession Act following calls from family of Clodagh Hawe

The Justice Minister says nobody should benefit from carrying out a crime.

Charlie Flanagan made the comments following calls from the family of Clodagh Hawe for amendments to the Succession Act.

Clodagh along with her 3 children were killed by her husband before he died by suicide. Minister Flanagan says he hopes to be able to report on progress to amendments to the Act ‘shortly’:
