The construction company which has its manufacturing facilities and headquarters in Monaghan, recently purchased the former Enkalon industrial estate, which is a 70-acre site.

They plan to invest over £20m over the next three years to create a centre of excellence for off-site construction as part of their Brexit strategy.

The local company is also planning to increase their workforce by 125, which will see their employee count go from 325 to 450 in the coming year.

And while company Director Cormac McCloskey says that Covid-19 has been challenging, it hasn’t had any significant impact on their growth plans or projects, with a high profile £26 million pound skyscraper, which will be London’s tallest building, due to open this month.
