Monaghan with full panel available ahead of start of National league

Cavan and Monaghan will be looking to continue their winning ways in the Bank of Ireland Dr. McKenna cup this Sunday when they both face third level opposition.

The Killdallon club grounds in Ballyconnell will play host to Cavan and Queens University while St Marys will be the visitors to St Tiernachs Park in Clones to face Monaghan.

Indeed the Farney manager Malachy O’Rourke is delighted to have a full panel at his disposal as they step up their preperations for the start of the league when they will face Dublin at the end of January.

Other fixtures in the Dr McKenna cup this weekend will see Down taking on Donegal, Antrim up against Armagh, Fermanagh taking on Derry and Tryone facing Ulster University.
