Monaghan make the changes for Dr Mc Kenna cup final

Monaghan have announced their starting 15 for this weekends Bank of Ireland Dr Mc Kenna cup on Saturday night.

Seamus Mc Enaney has once again made a number of changes to the side that contested the opening round games against Derry and Donegal.

Neither Darren Hughes or Jack Mc Carron feature in the first 15, having picked up knocks in the 2nd round game of the competition against Donegal.

Conor Forde is set to start in goal in place of the regular number 1 Rory Beggan with a full back line of Colin Walshe, Drew Wylie and Conor Boyle.

Shane Carey, Ryan Wylie and Padraic Keenan are in the half back line with Niall Kearns and Barry Mc Bennett at the centre of the field.

Michael P. O Dowd, Robbie Mc Allister and Dessie Ward are on the half forward line with Jason Irwin, Keith Mc Enaney and Philip Donnelly completing the starting 15.

Throw in on Saturday evening is at 7:30 with Monaghan looking to claim the title for the first time since 2003 while Tyrone have claimed it 7 times in the last 10 years.
