The Nuremore Hotel in Carrickmacross has been sold.
The hotel and country club, which is currently owned by the Gilhooly family, has been bought by investment group The Kylin Prime Group.
A statement issued this lunchtime says the hotel will continue to operate as usual and all existing bookings will be honoured.
The new owners also say all staff will continue to be employed.
The hotel first opened over 50 years ago and Managing Director Julie Gilhooly says the family have been “proud and privileged to have become an integral part of the community”.
The Kylin Prime Group says the Nuremore will be “a welcome addition” to its growing investment portfolio.
